Since relocating to the East Coast wonder | wander | women have learned to watch the weather closely.

Living in a four season location can be a real education, especially in winter when conditions can grow harsh all too soon. Best to be prepared always.

Our special place at the Colony in Edgewater is near and dear to us because there we can indulge in immersing ourselves between sky and water.

Truth, Beauty, Freedom, Love, and the Moulin Rouge! Baz Luhrmann's 2001 musical film extravaganza is updated and revised for Broadway as a major hit with an accompanying cast album nominated at this year's Grammy Awards.

wonder | wander | women were wary this new remake would not be able to live up to that crazy lovely movie! Or manage to translate cinematic shimmery illusions into the grit and greasepaint of live theater.

wonder | wander | women wish to celebrate us all and the wonderful year we experienced and shared. It has been an incredible journey for humanity - both as individual souls and as an interconnected world at the effect of each other.

It is time now to welcome a brand new decade with which we reach hands across divides to build a new world for generations to come. We are so happy to have found a new product that is ideal for this task.

East looks West: Orientalism (part 2)

Last year wonder | wander | women talked about the Western perspective in the British Museum's Orientalism exhibition. Western artists went to Istanbul, Morocco and other Near Eastern cities to capture their beauty and atmosphere, and create a special world from their visits and visions. But many Islamic diplomats and nobility were also travelling and learning in the West, and Islamic artists produced visions of their own.

Happy 2020 folks!

This New Year's celebration was totally topsy turvy for wonder | wander | women. All our well laid plans set up way in advance were lost in the gusting gales of December 30.

Winter weather in the East Coast has always made holiday plans more challenging especially when road conditions are not the best and can get pretty nasty very quickly. Safety first is a definite must.
