blast from the past

wonder | wander |women have been on Blogger since 2014 and only joined Medium in 2020. Separately we have been writing on other platforms since the early 2000s - when only a few of them were available. 

Many of them have since folded and given up their ghosts, yet here we remain slugging on word for word, idea for idea, interest for interest.

In the meantime lives have gotten busy once again post lockdown and we thought it would be a great time to resurrect some of our past posts that have yet to get to a wider audience. Be prepared to be roped into our latest catch up project. 

Starting now we will be posting them between every other freshly written post for you to enjoy as much as we have. Let us know which ones you prefer and we would be grateful to write more on the topic.

One of our favourite cities to explore together is NYC.  Sprawling out and upward, this metropolis is so different from my adopted hometown of London, but I enjoy so much of it in the same way:

ferreting out welcoming spots to feast on big breakfasts and foamy cappuccino, making the most of the New York street colours and exciting backdrops.

I'm often awkward and self-conscious when posing for photographs, but Mom delights in drawing me out of my comfort zone. 

Life is sillier, and happier, when we're together.
