This retreat was a three-day weekend intensive spent in forested mountain mists and wild stormy weather. Ideal to have the outside environment reflect the interior work we had committed to - Healing Ancestral Trauma and Family Dynamics.
Methodologies and processing were designed and applied through Reiki teachings and exercises. This healing focused on family - in all its forms.

The one we were born into, the one we built, the one that we weathered through life - ours and our lineage of ancestors, known or not.
The intention is that Reiki will flow where it is needed, for the highest good. Declaring specific personal intentions for each session was also encouraged, shared or kept private.
