missing the sky

It's been grey days and busy times here in the city! Exciting but a little hectic.

Autumn is drawing in with a vengeance.

Fall in the city can be beautiful.

Contrails in the cool blue sky and storm clouds at sunset give a touch of the sublime to our routine.

We're thinking of space to breathe, of light and air and sunny skies.

Even as the shadow of winter approaches.

Soon it'll be cozy sweater weather and time to turn on the heater.

In the meantime we'll enjoy the transition.

Coming from a tropical country, we love to experience the change in seasons...and to share it across the oceans.
