But where to find this moment? Wherever - and whenever - we can. In our backyards, on our necessary ventures out, in our homes, heads and hearts.
Those of us lucky enough to stay home with support can build a new comfort zone, full of our favourite things.
Maybe we can remember the favourites of our childhood and treasure them again without embarrassment. Remember what we loved and dreamed of as children and be brave enough to build new hopes in a dark time.
Key workers are honoured with artwork and thank-you events organised everywhere. The best way to support them is still through donations and staying home. Donate to National Emergencies Trust (UK), the Red Cross (worldwide) and the World Health Organisation (worldwide) if you can.

We also celebrate family holidays with video calls and personal treats, like this little pop of colour over Easter.
Some of us want to fill our free time with keeping busy: crossing off our to-read list, maybe. If we have the resources we can support our local bookstores.
Learning new skills, or honing the ones we have. Online courses and daily drawing help artists at home stay active in isolation.
Many find solace in prayer and meditation, turning inward. Yoga is also a spiritual practice: honing your body and helping it to breathe.
Others seek escape through their screens, living in another universe for a while.

However we can seek solace or peace, we should treasure it when we find it. Be kind to each other and ourselves.
